Metropolis Bride Natasha

Our bride Natasha married Illija on 22.05.22 at Metropolis Events! Natasha and Illija met through mutual friends (aw) and he got down on one knee to pop the question at Crown Casino in a private room!

Natasha’s reception was a white wonderland with accents of pink & gold, exuding romance & elegance. The couple couldn’t pick what their favourite moment was…loving everything about the venue, food & atmosphere. Stating that their guests were mesmerized by Metropolis Events.

Natasha & Illija’s wedding was captured by T-One Image.

The Dress

Natasha wore a strapless, figure-hugging, sweetheart neckline dress. Featuring lace detailing, a magnificent, round train and a veil that draped to the floor.

Natasha’s dress was from Nektaria.

The Hair & Makeup

Big, bouncy, mermaid waves were Natasha’s hairstyle of choice for her wedding day. Her bridal makeup was kept very natural for her base, rose gold eyes complemented with a soft pink lip.

The Bouquet

Natasha chose a dozen white roses as her wedding bouquet.

The Reception

Three twinkling chandeliers hung above Natasha & Illja’s white bridal table which was decorated with white & pink florals. Flickering white candles were placed on the floor around the bridal table, which enhanced the romantic vibe in the room.

How amazing is the view of the city skyline at night? Combined with the reflection of the chandelier lights, it set the perfect scene for Natasha & Illja’s wedding.

The Cake

How magnificent is this five-tiered, white wedding cake? Having an all-white cake represents the bride as the main focal point of the wedding (we can attest to this!). The cake was beautifully decorated with delicate white flowers.

Cake: Pastel and Bloom

The Bridal Table

Natasha and her bridal party dined at an all-white bridal table. The table was stunning, decorated with white linens, rose gold beaded plates & cutlery complemented by white candles and white & pink florals.

Metropolis Bride Daniela

Our Bride Daniela married Luigi on 13.05.22 at Metropolis Events!

Daniela’s reception was a dreamy, white fairy-tale with accents of various shades of pinks and rose gold. The couple choose to have a head bridal table, positioned right in front of the iconic Metropolis Windows. The couple had a mixture of round and long dining tables scattered around their HUGE white acrylic dancefloor.

Metropolis Bride Katherine

Our bride Katherine married Adrian on 28.05.22 and held their reception at Metropolis Events. Katherine and Adrian met through a Facebook poke (what a blast from the past) and turns out that they had a lot of friends in common. Adrian popped the question right after lockdown and had set up a backyard picnic (Katherine swears it looked like a date from the Bachelor) but it was special nonetheless.

Katherine’s reception was a monochrome dream and had accents of pink, silver and gold. The couple said their first dance as husband and wife and their last dance during the confetti drop was their most memorable moment.

Katherine & Adrian’s wedding was captured by Paul Orfali Photography.

The Dress

Katherine wore a silk, white, off-the-shoulder dress that had a small but stunning train at the back.

The Shoes

Pearl embellished stilettos were Katherine’s wedding shoe of choice and we absolutely loved them.

The Bouquet

There’s something so sophisticated and elegant about having a dozen white roses for your bouquet.

The Reception

The couple had a mixture of round and long dining tables for their guests, they were decorated with tall and short floral centrepieces which added a touch of dramatic flair. Katherine and her bridal party dined at a black bridal table which was a beautiful contrast to the guest tables. The bridal table was host to various pink & white floral arrangements and candles.

The Cake

A three-tiered white cake was what the couple choose for their wedding day, the cake featured a ruffled effect that cascaded down (a similar look to how a wedding dress looks when it drapes on the ground).

The Florals

The warmth of the different hues of pinks within these florals is everything, complemented with white roses they are the perfect centrepieces.
